In order to get the promotional discount offered, it is required to book directly through the hotel – either in person, or by phone. Online reservations are not eligible for the group rate. Anyone wishing to make the group rate reservation must mention group: WPBTCA Nationals.

The event rates will vary depending on the number of rooms booked, so book today to ensure space and savings!

3- 5 rooms – 10% off regular rate

6-10 rooms – 15% off regular rate

11+ rooms – 20% off regular rate

Regular rates are:

King – $69.00 (Max 2 Adults)

King with jacuzzi – $75.00 (Max 2 Adults)

2 Queen – $78.00 (Max 4 Adults)

2 Queen with jacuzzi – $85.00 (Max 4 Adults)

(All prices include tax. Discount rate not given since it depends on final booking quantity.)

There is a $5.00 fee per pet per night. Please keep in mind that usual pet courtesies apply. E.g: cleaning up after pets, leashing pet at all times outside room etc. Guests are also required to take their pets out of the rooms when room is being serviced, or to crate pet during this time. Excess cleaning fees may apply for any unintended cleaning due to pets.

To check in, a credit card and picture I.D will be required. 1st night will be charged for all reservations. The cancellation policy is up to 24 hours before check in for a full refund. After this time, there will be no refund. A refundable $10.00 deposit is required at check in.

Flying Dogs: To avoid problems with flying your APBT and to avoid heat embargos during summer months, we have received a discount coupon from Pet Airways. Please use this while booking!
